About me

Like many of you, my culinary journey began in my home kitchen. Long before honing my skills in culinary school and working in Michelin-starred restaurants, I was just a cooking enthusiast who wanted to improve my culinary skills and impress my family and friends.

Despite receiving compliments on my cooking, I felt something was missing—I wanted more.

I explored every resource I could find, from cookbooks, to YouTube videos and watching my favorite show, “Good Eats” on The Food Network. These were helpful, but the real game-changer was mentoring under seasoned chefs who were invested in my growth. Their feedback was crucial, helping develop the skills and processes to cook dishes at the highest level. This is exactly why my group coaching program is designed the way that it is.
